Salons frequently encounter clients in need of hair colour corrections.  This could have happened because the client was out of town and another stylist made a mistake because they did not have the colour chart.

Colour Correction – Hair

The best thing to do if you need a colour correction is to call the stylist that changed the color of your hair.  Explain the problem and why you may have missed it while you were at the salon.  It could have been because your hair was not dry or it had not completely changed color yet.  The salon should be able to fit you in right away to fix the problem at no additional cost assuming there really is a problem.  Do not wait too long to go back though because the color may have changed.
